On this day when the Muslim Ummah marks the birth of Prophet Mohammed (SAW), I join our Muslim brothers and sisters in celebrating the messenger of Allah through whom the Holy Qur'an was revealed to mankind. The life the prophet lived serves as an inspiration to the faithful and his piety is a model of the ideal Muslim life.
